Returns
At Niche Boutique, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the relevant order.
- Click on ‘Return Items’ and follow the instructions to generate your returns authorization and pre-printed returns label.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, include the completed returns form, and attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel.
Return Costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have sent you an incorrect product. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and show in your account. The delivery charge is non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please process this as a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item promptly, as we cannot reserve stock for exchanges.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately via the Customer Service section on our website at nicherye.com. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost of the return postage. Please include photographs of the fault or damage in your communication.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, face masks, and hosiery unless they are faulty. Swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
